What is the holding deposit for future move-ins?

The holding deposit for future move-ins is as follows:

Studio: $600

One bedroom: $800

Two and three bedroom: $1,000

Conditional deposits can equal up to 2 months rent depending on credit.

Are pets allowed?

A $750 pet deposit (with a maximum of two pets per apartment), and a $75 pet fee per month per pet apply.

My wife and I have lived here for over 5 years. We have decided that we no longer will own a home. Our children are grown and apartment living is perfect for us. I am 75 and when something needs fixing I simply call the maintenance staff who is there in minutes to help. Keeping my life as simple as possible. We have all the amenities and a block from the beach. Shopping is close. The management of the building is always asking us if everything is ok. Movies very Friday night. We couldn't be happier.
